Allu Sirish’s complaint about loud music from a temple near his apartment in Hyderabad has created a debate on social media.
In an X post, he tagged Hyderabad City Police and said that loud music from a Hanuman temple in Vinobha Nagar was disturbing residents of Aparna One in Shaikpet.
Sirish claimed that the music continued until 2 or 3 am for several days and affected elderly people, children and working professionals.
He said he had earlier approached the Film Nagar Police but the issue continued even after the Ganesh festival. Some users supported Sirish and said noise pollution should be controlled regardless of the occasion.
Others questioned whether he had raised similar concerns about other religious places. Police have reportedly started looking into the complaint.
