Director Lokesh Kanagaraj recently returned to Chennai after finishing a shooting schedule for his upcoming film “Coolie” in Vizag.
At the airport, he spoke with the press about the film and shared when Rajinikanth would start shooting again. Lokesh confirmed that Rajinikanth would rest and return to the set on October 15th.
It’s important to note that Rajinikanth had a procedure for a heart issue. According to a medical statement, a stent was placed in his aorta using a nonsurgical method.
After the successful procedure on October 1st, he stayed in the hospital for two days for observation.
They explained to the press that he had swelling in the main blood vessel leaving his heart which was treated by a nonsurgical transcatheter method.
