Lokesh has received much appreciation for making this movie. After Khaidi, Lokesh Kanagaraj has worked with Vijay for the movie Master. It has completed the shooting and is waiting for the release. Due to the current circumstances, it has been postponed indefinitely.
From the past few weeks, there have been speculations about the Hindi remake of Khaidi in which Ajay Devgn is going to play the lead role. It is said that Lokesh Kanagaraj will be directing the Hindi version as well. However, the director has given clarity regarding this. He clarified that he has no interest in directing the remake. However, he has hinted at the sequel of the movie.
Lokesh is going to direct Super Star Rajinikanth as well which will be produced by Kamal Hassan.
