Mouli, known for his trending social media content, turned hero with Little Hearts, produced by Aditya Hasan and directed by debutant Sai Marthand. The promos grabbed attention, now let’s see if the film lives up to the buzz.

Little Hearts Movie Story: Akhil (Mouli), forced into long-term coaching after failing EAMCET, falls for Katyayani (Shivani). But when he proposes, she reveals a shocking truth that tests his love. Whether their story ends happily forms the plot of Little Hearts.

Performances: Mouli shines in his role with energetic body language and perfect dialogue delivery. Jai Krishna as Madhu steals the show with his straight-faced humor. Shivani is cute and honest in her performance, while Rajeev Kanakala’s relatable father role stands out. Supporting actors S.S. Kanchi, Satya Krishna, and Anitha Chowdhary also do justice to their characters.

Technical Aspects: The biggest strength of Little Hearts is Sanjith’s music and background score. At a time when songs rarely complement lyrics, his simple yet effective compositions stand out. Cinematography, editing, and production design are neat.

Director Sai Marthand focuses more on dialogues and situations than the story itself. As a result, while the plot feels light, the scenes and humor work well, especially for 90’s kids and young audiences. The dialogues keep the film lively. With a stronger story, it could have been better. Overall, the movie is more enjoyable in theaters with friends, earning Sai Marthand praise as a writer.

Analysis: Little Hearts is a fun, clean romantic comedy with good humor and relatable moments. Though the story is a bit weak, it doesn’t hurt the experience, making it a light watch to enjoy with family.

Verdict: Works more as a comedy of situations than a solid love story. Light, clean, and enjoyable for a casual watch.

Bottom Line: A decent one-time watch.
