The shooting for SSMB28 is underway at a specially erected house set. Currently, director Trivikram is canning a few crucial scenes on Mahesh Babu and young beauty Sree Leela who is roped in for the second female lead.
As per our sources, the team is on a mission to wrap up most part of the shooting by August. News is also that except for songs and an action sequence the entire shooting part is likely to be complete by August. Inside reports suggest that the film will have only three action sequences but will give high moments to the audience.
On the business prospects, earlier reports came out that producer cum distributor Dil Raju has acquired the Nizam area rights for a whopping Rs 50 crore. Later, news also came out that the entire overseas rights of the film are sold for Rs 24 crore. Out of 24 crores, 16 crores are said to be invested only in North America( US+Canada). To achieve break-even status at the US box office, SSMB28 should breach more than $4 million say sources.
Said-to-be a Trivikram mark family entertainer, SSMB28 also has Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, and Ramya Krishnan in key roles. Pooja Hegde is roped in as the main heroine in the film. Being bankrolled by the Haarika&Haasini Creations banner, this prestigious project has its music by Thaman.
