Prabhas is actually a reluctant actor who was asked by his father and uncle, Krishnam Raju, to become an actor. For many days, Prabhas did not show much interest but one day, when he sat to watch some of his favourite movies, he watched his uncle’s movie, Bhaktha Kanappa.
Watching the movie, Prabhas got involved in the movie and saw himself performing like his uncle, in the role of Kanappa, his uncle did in 1976, Super Hit film. Slowly, he got interested in doing the major roles that his uncle did on screen and wanted to see himself too performing in such scenes, so when he got the offer to do Baahubali, he immediately accepted without a second thought it seems.
Prabhas revealed this to a National daily and also said, ” I am happy that Baahubali paid off much more than we anticipated and grateful to all the love audience have shown towards us. I am trying to live up to their expectations with Saaho and Shraddha Kapoor is the best choice for her character in the film!” Saaho shoot is happening in Hyderabad and from February end, a big schedule is being planned in UAE and Saudi Arabia.
