The success of “Leo” at the box office has been remarkable, but it has been marred by the recurring threat of piracy. Just like many other recent releases, Leo’s HD print with uncensored content and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio leaked online a mere two weeks after its theatrical release. Initially, it surfaced on the overseas platform Einthusan, quickly spreading to other websites, making it widely accessible.
The proliferation of piracy has been a major concern for both film enthusiasts and the movie makers. Producers have struggled to control the situation, and these leaked scenes continue to circulate despite their efforts to remove them.
This unfortunate trend has gained traction on social media, further exacerbating the issue. Leo, featuring Vijay and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, marks their second collaboration after “Master.” The film boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Mysskin, Sandy, and Gautham Menon in pivotal roles.
