Veteran filmmaker Singeetham Srinivasa Rao has passed away at the age of 94. He breathed his last at Kaveri Hospital in Chennai due to health issues leaving the Telugu film industry deeply saddened.
Singeetham was one of the most respected directors in Indian cinema and was known for his unique ideas, creative storytelling and experimental films.
He directed several memorable movies, including Pushpaka Vimanam, Aditya 369, Bhairava Dweepam and Mayuri. His films continue to remain special among movie lovers.
His passion for cinema remained strong until the end. Even at 94, he continued working and recently directed Sing Geetham.
His innovative approach and memorable stories earned him a much special place in Indian cinema. His contribution will continue to inspire future generations of filmmakers.
