A lot is being said about the VFX of Young Rebel Star Prabhas’s upcoming film, Adipurush, which is scheduled to be released on January 12th, 2023. The teaser of the film was released recently, after which the VFX of the film was heavily criticised, as they were not up to the mark,
Towards the end of the film, in the credits slate, the name of Prasad Sutar is mentioned as one of the producers and VFX supervisor. He is one of the co-founders of the famous VFX company, NY VFXwaala, launched by Ajay Devgn. There have been lots of discussions over Ajay Devgn’s VFX company working on the VFX of the film, and the company started being trolled since the release of the film.
As a result of the trolls, the VFX company came forward and issued a statement, clarifying that it is not involved in the VFX of Adipurush. Even trade analyst and Bollywood critic, Taran Adarsh, took to his Twitter account to clarify the same, and wrote, “Leading VFX studio, NY VFXWaala has clarified that they have not worked/are not working on the CG/special effects of Adipurush. An official note on their behalf clarified, ‘we are putting this on record because we have been asked by a few media people.”
