Lead pair locked for Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’s Hindi remake

The Hindi remake of Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde’s 2020 blockbuster, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is in news for the past few months. Earlier reports came out that Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Shahid Kapoor are front-runners to reprise Allu Arjun’s role.

Now, the latest news coming in from our sources is that happening star Kartik Aryan is finalized as the lead actor in the remake version. News is also that Kriti Sanon is almost confirmed for the female lead in the movie. It is well-known that both Kartik Aryan and Kriti acted together in the 2019 hit film, Luka Chuppi and their chemistry in the movie got rave reviews from the audience.

Allu Arvind’s Geetha Arts banner will be bankrolling the Hindi remake of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and more details regarding the project are expected to be out soon.
