Laya and Sivaji were once a hit on-screen pair acting together in films like Missamma, Adirindayya Chandram and Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila.
After many years they have reunited for Sampraadayini Suppini Suddhapusani, which is releasing this weekend. In a recent media interaction, Laya said she is not particular about doing only lead roles.
If she likes the story and her character, she is ready to accept even small roles. She believes good roles for women are limited, so she wants to pick the best opportunities.
She will also be seen in Vadhala as Jagapathi Babu’s wife and in a socio-fantasy film with Srikanth directed by Nageswara Reddy.
