Hyderabad police have taken action against actor Raj Tarun following a complaint from his ex-girlfriend, who provided documents to support her claims. Lavanya, Raj Tarun’s longtime partner, accused him of cheating on her with actress Malvi Malhotra.
Initially, police asked for basic evidence before registering a case. After Lavanya submitted proof, a case against Raj Tarun was filed. She has provided police with detailed evidence, and the Narsingi police will now investigate.
According to Lavanya, she and Raj Tarun were together for over ten years and had a temple wedding that wasn’t legally registered. When she insisted on a legal marriage, he allegedly cheated on her with his co-star Malvi Malhotra from “Thiragabadara Saami.”
Lavanya also claimed that Raj Tarun forced her to undergo an abortion and that she used the name Avika when registering at the hospital.
Malvi Malhotra filed a complaint on Lavanya at the Filmnagar police station saying that Lavanya sent inappropriate messages to her brother and threatened to spread false rumors about her.
The Filmnagar police have registered a case following her complaint and are currently investigating the issue.
