ETV Win’s Papam Prathap was supposed to release with paid premieres today, but it faced a last-minute issue.
The Censor Board has asked for a “Animal Certificate” which confirms that no animals were harmed during the shoot and this certificate must be issued by the Animal Welfare Board.
The makers are now trying hard to get this approval quickly.
Due to this delay, there is uncertainty around the film’s release. The planned paid premieres are now in doubt.
If the certificate is not received soon it could also affect tomorrow’s noon shows. The team is working urgently to resolve the issue and ensure the film releases without further delays.
