Naga Shaurya is one of the most promising actors in TFI right now. The actor was recently seen in Varudu Kavalenu and impressed the audiences with his performance. The trailer of his upcoming film, Lakshya, has been released today. Directed by Santossh Jagarlapudi, the film features Sachin Khedekar and Jagapathi Babu in key roles and has Ketika Sharma as its leading lady.
Lakshya follows an aspiring archer, and his journey towards success, and the various difficulties he faces through his journey for success. A sports drama at its core, Lakshya has a lot of elements within it, perfectly summarised by one dialogue, spoken by Jagapathi Babu, saying “Padi lechina vaditho aata chala pramadakaram’.
Lakshya also has action and love elements to it. Director Santossh’s research on archery sport and his vision in exploring the importance of game with a commercial treatment is clearly visible in the trailer. On the whole, Lakshya looks to be an out and out entertainer, with Naga Shaurya’s stunning physical transformation delightfully showcased added with impressive directional skills from Santossh Jararlapudi. The film is all set to be released in theatres on December 10th, and given the decent expectations the film has on it, here’s hoping the film performs well at the box office.
