Lakshya And Ananya Panday To Romance In “Chand Mera Dil”

Karan Johar and Dharma Productions are bringing together Lakshya and Ananya Panday for a fresh love story titled “Chand Mera Dil”.

Karan, who’s been hinting at a return to romance on social media, announced this project that features the popular young stars in an entirely new light.

On Thursday, Karan Johar and Dharma Productions shared several posters of “Chand Mera Dil”, showing the unique chemistry between Lakshya and Ananya.

The posters highlight a modern, heartfelt love story between a boy-next-door and a simple girl-next-door, with Ananya styled in a traditional look, different from her recent films.

Lakshya, who made a bold debut in the action thriller “Kill” is ready to show his romantic side in this film. This marks his second collaboration with Dharma Productions.

Ananya, too, will be stepping into a pure romantic drama for the first time, moving beyond her usual mix of romance and comedy.

While much about the film is still under wraps. Directed by Vivek Soni, “Chand Mera Dil” is set for a 2025 release.
