The shooting for Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha’s upcoming love drama, Kushi is currently kept on hold. As the female lead, Samantha is suffering from health-related complications, the shooting is expected to resume soon after Sam recovers completely from health issues.
As per our sources, Kushi has already wrapped up seventy percent of its shooting part. If Samantha’s health is good, the maximum shooting part would have been wrapped by now. Meanwhile, the latest we hear from our authentic sources is that the non-theatrical rights of Kushi are sold for a bomb.
Reportedly, Kushi’s non-theatrical rights for Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam languages are sold for a whopping Rs 92 crore. The audio rights, digital deals and satellite rights for the respective languages are included in the above figure, as per the reports. If the news is to be believed, Kushi is already a table profit venture for the production house, Mythri Movie Makers.
The combination of Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha along with the decent track of Kushi director Shiva Nirvana might be the main reason for the craze for Kushi in the market. If everything falls into place, Kushi is likely to hit the screens in summer. Malayalam blockbuster, Hridayam fame Hesham Abdul Wahab is the music composer for Kushi.
