Kritika Kamra Takes On Challenging New Role

After the success of “Matka King,” actress Kritika Kamra has locked her next film project. This is her first announcement after the series was renewed for a second season by Prime Video India.

Kritika will play the lead role in director Pushaan Mukherjee’s upcoming drama currently titled “Dumbbell”. The shooting is scheduled to begin in June.

The movie is expected to show Kritika in a completely new different role and highlight her acting abilities in a fresh way.

While the makers are keeping the storyline under wraps but few sources reveal that the role is both emotionally and physically demanding. Kritika has already started preparing for the character before the shoot begins.

According to few sources the actress was impressed by the film’s unique concept and quickly agreed to join the project. With “Dumbbell”, Kritika continues her journey of choosing strong, performance-based roles.
