Kriti Sanon made her debut with Mahesh Babu in Nenookadine but nothing worked for her in Telugu. So, she migrated to Bollywood and is a successful heroine there.
Now, her latest film, Luka Chuppi is nearing 100 crores and Karthik Aryan is stealing all the limelight. This has not gone well with Kriti as she says that even she played a key role in the film and the media should also promote and talk about her more.
In an interview, she said”“This business of overlooking the leading lady has been going on for a while and it’s so unfair. I am glad this conversation is finally happening. It’s logical to talk about only the male protagonist when the leading lady doesn’t have a lot to do, but when they are both carrying a film on their shoulders, the credit should be equally shared. Everybody deserves a mention.”
