Kriti Sanon Reveals Real Reason Behind Production House’s Name

Some online users made the connection between Blue Butterfly and Sushant Singh Rajput when Kriti Sanon announced the opening of her production company. The actress discussed the inspiration for the name.

Kriti Sanon announced the opening of her production company Blue Butterfly Films earlier this month. She stated that she has worked in the film industry for nine years and that she feels it is time to continue learning and telling heartwarming stories. Her first production as a producer will be the movie Do Patti, which features Kajol in the protagonist. A number of internet users made the connection between Blue Butterfly and the late Sushant Singh Rajput shortly after Kriti revealed the name of her production company by pointing out how Sushant frequently used blue butterflies in his Instagram remarks. Finally, Kriti Sanon has shared the inspiration for the name of her production company.

Kriti Sanon explained in a vlog she posted on her YouTube channel on Friday why she chose the moniker “Blue Butterfly” for her production company. Kriti claimed in the video that it was because she adores blue and butterflies. It has been on my Instagram bio for a long time. I incorporate it into my captions and my poetry. I believe it represents everything—dreams, wings, flight, freedom, liberalism, positivism, happiness, etc. I think a butterfly is lovely, but it first develops into a caterpillar, then a cocoon, and finally a butterfly,” remarked Kriti.

She stated that developing the most attractive version of yourself takes time and effort, and her own journey has been similar. “I picked up every skill on the job. I gradually advanced to where I am now and developed into the person I am now. After facing challenges, evolving, and changing, a person eventually finds their greatest, most attractive selves, at which point they can soar. That is why it is called Blue Butterfly, explained Kriti.

After almost eight years, Kriti Sanon and Kajol will reunite in Do Patti. In the movie Dilwale, they collaborated. Do Patti holds a very special place in Kriti’s heart because it was her first production as a producer, she told Pinkvilla.
