Krithi Shetty is making her Bollywood debut with a romantic film. The makers announced the project after visiting Tirumala to seek Lord Venkateswara’s blessings.
The untitled film marks the directorial debut of Vidhi Ghodgaonkar who has worked with Rohit Shetty for over long 17 years as an assistant director, casting director and dialogue writer.
Produced by Abhishek S. Vyas under AVS Studios, the film will begin shooting soon. Details about the male lead are yet to be announced.
Krithi has struggled to score notable hits in recent years. Her upcoming film January 12 Vidudala, directed by Anil Ravipudi, could change her fortunes.
She has also completed Genie, which is awaiting a release date.
