Krish to make Parva next?

Director Krish has a knack to come up with different subjects and completely new storylines that no other director even dares to attempt. He started off with Gamyam and then, followed it up with Vedam. The movie made him famous in other languages too, as he made in Tamil, himself. Later, he directed Gabbar is Back, in Hindi and returned to Telugu with Krishnam Vande Jagatgurum and after a gap, Kanche.

Kanche made him highly famous as the director and his film, even won National Award. He took up a major challenge by directing and producing, Gautamiputra Satakarni in a limited budget. The historical fiction became the best film of Nandamuri Balakrishna in years and it is his highest grosser, as well. Now, he is directing a movie with Kangana Ranaut, based on the historical character of Rani of Jhansi, Lakshmi Bai, titled as Manikarnika.

Well, the director is now looking to make a film with a completely controversial theme. A Kannada book, Parva, written with Mahabharatha characters in the lead is said to have caught his eye and the director is currently working on the script, it seems. It is his dream project and the director wants to complete the script without hurrying and take up a big cast for the film, it seems. We have to wait for his official confirmation on this development.
