Varun Tej’s latest film Korean Kanakaraju has released in theatres today. The horror comedy created good buzz before its release and the paid premiere shows received positive responses from audiences.
Director Merlapaka Gandhi has now confirmed that the film will have a sequel. He revealed that he already has an idea for the second part and that the current film has been planned to lead into the next chapter.
The movie ends with an open climax,shifting the story to Africa and setting up the sequel.
However the makers have not announced when the second part will begin. Korean Kanakaraju also stars Ritika Nayak and Satya in key roles.
UV Creations and First Frame Entertainments produced the film, while Thaman composed the music.
