Of late Acharya has been struck with the plagiarism issue. A young writer Rajesh took media to allege that top director Koratala Siva has copied his story and is making the film Acharya. These allegations made headlines in every media channel. Hence Koratala Siva has decided to step out and reveal his version.
He said in a TV channel live that Acharya was his idea. “I have worked Acharya script for about 2 years and in every stage of development, I was in touch with Mega Star Chiranjeevi Garu. My script has nothing in resemblance to Rajesh’s script. I am not here to narrate my script to everyone who comes out with copy allegations. However, I wish Rajesh to succeed with his dream project. If this issue doesn’t here, I am ready to take the issue to the next level and file a defamation case.”
“My producers have enough to buy a script if it was impressive,” the director concluded.
