Komuram Bheemudo: An ode to Komaram Bheem

Director Rajamouli’s upcoming film, RRR, starring NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, who will be seen playing Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitaramaraju respectively, is all ready to hit the big screens on January 7th, and everything is being made ready for the film’s grand release. The trailer of the film has already been receiving immense praise, and it has also managed to increase the expectations on the film greatly.

On the other hand, one by one, songs from the film are being released. The latest one, Komuram Bheemudo, sung by Kaala Bhairava, written by Suddala Ashok Teja and composed by MM Keeravani, has been released today. The song has a very deep meaning embedded in its lyrics. It’s an ode to Komaram Bheem’s freedom struggle, and to the land he belongs to. A deep and soulful melody, Komuram Bheemudo is sure to bring a tear to the audience’s eye in the theatre.

RRR has been in the making for nearly three years now and has an ensemble cast as part of it. The cast includes Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt, Hollywood actors Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody and Olivia Morris, Samuthirakani, Shriya Saran, and many others.
