King Jackie Queen (KJQ) has generated strong buzz with its promotional content and the newly released trailer has further raised expectations.
Set in the 1990s this action crime drama is directed by the late KK and stars Deekshith Shetty, Shashi Odela and Yukti Thareja in lead roles.
Released as a tribute to the director the trailer opens with a powerful voiceover and introduces the three main characters through symbolic comparisons.
The story focuses on power, friendship, ego and revenge between two close friends. Deekshith Shetty delivers an intense performance while Shashi Odela makes a confident debut.
Backed by high production values and Poornachandra Tejaswi‘s impressive background score, this film is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri and releases on August 7th.
