Kisi ka bhai kisi ki jaan title was all fan based says director Farhad Samji

Farhad Samji recently talked openly about the uncertainty surrounding the title of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.

There was considerable misunderstanding and contention over the title of the movie before the motion poster, teaser, and trailer for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan were revealed. Fans of Salman Khan had been eagerly awaiting this project, and now, before its theatrical debut, director Farhad Samji has spoken about what caused ambiguity regarding the film’s title.

After the Salman Khan-starring movie’s announcement in 2020, a number of previous movie names began to surface before the movie’s real name was revealed. It was also known as Bhaijaan and Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali at times. When the actual movie title was revealed, some fans expressed their displeasure and said that “Bhaijaan” was a better fit.

Now, talking about the whole title confusion, the director of the film, Farhad Samji opened up in an interview and said, “We never had 5-6 titles for the film, all of these titles were fabricated and made up by fans. They (fans) came up with these titles and that kept building the hype.

Further, into the debate, Farhad Samji was questioned about whether the film’s optional title, Bhaijaan, had ever been considered. The director replied, “Neither Bhaijaan nor we ever had a working title. We didn’t alter the title once we had already agreed on it.

Addressing the lengthier title, Farhad clarified, “You might feel that the title is lengthier, usually, one-word titles are far more appealing. But, when you will watch the film, you will understand why this is the apt title for the film.”
The movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which also stars Salman Khan, is scheduled to be released on April 21. Other important actors include Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Palak Tiwari, and others.
