The highly-anticipated KGF Chapter 2, a sequel to the 2018 blockbuster KGF Chapter 1 is carrying massive expectations among the moviegoers. Being directed by Prashant Neel, the film was supposed to hit the screens on July 16th but considering the ongoing pandemic situation, the film is likely to postpone further.
Earlier, we already reported that the team is looking at nearby possible release dates. Now, the latest news coming in from inside sources is that the makers are planning to book a slot for the release during Dusshera festive season. As per our sources, an official announcement regarding the same is expected to be out on July 16th which was the initial release date for this gangster drama.
Starring Kannada star Yash in the lead roles, KGF Chapter 2 has Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt in the antagonist role. Srinidhi Shetty is the female lead in the movie. Hombale Films banner is bankrolling this pan-Indian project.
