KGF 2 first week status

Released on April 14th, KGF 2 featuring Kannada star Yash in the lead role has completed its first week run at the worldwide box office. Reportedly, this Prashanth Neel directional has created some new records at the box office by the end of its 4-day weekend.

As per the Bollywood reports, the film has collected close to Rs 190 crore gross in the Hindi version alone by the end of its extended weekend. In southern states like Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala, the film generated tremendous revenue in the first weekend. On the other hand, the film has breached more than $4.5 million dollars by the end of the first-weekend run.

Trade reports say that KGF Chapter 2 by the end of its 4-day extended weekend collected a massive Rs 500 crore gross from all versions at the worldwide box office. Will the film continue the same momentum on the weekdays also? Remains to be seen.
