The interior of Kangana Ranaut’s vanity vehicle apparently cost a fortune, and looking at it can give you a mini-heart attack.
Everything about Bollywood beauty Kangana Ranaut needs to be a little extra, just like her fiery statements, stylish outfit selections, and outlandish film choices. The Ambani family and other high-profile clients, including supplier Ketan Raval, recently revealed that the Queen actress reportedly spent a staggering Rs. 65 lakhs on the interiors of her custom vanity van.
According to Ketan, Kangana wanted her vanity van to have a classic appearance and follow the same design principles as her home.
In an interaction Ketan Raval said,“Kangana wanted a traditional look for her vanity van. She wanted the van to be designed on the similar lines as her house. She has sofas with carvings her chairs are all made of the original wood. Our priority was to make her feel at home in the vanity. Kangana even picked the company for the jet spray used in her vanity. It took around 65 lahks to customise my van for her.”
The idea of vanity vans in Bollywood was initially introduced by veteran actress Poonam Dhillon to the general public. Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, and Sridevi gave her van a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The actress once said how the concept for vans first entered her head on social media. She penned,“I had no clue I was creating history in the film industry when I first started my makeup vanity van. Many artists complimented me and thanked me for introducing the concept of vanity vans. I would often face difficulties when shooting on (outdoor) locations. There would be no place to change clothes, no toilets, and no place to eat our meals. Artists had to spend time amid the sun and dirt on sets.”
Getting back to Kangana Ranaut, she recently finished filming Chandramukhi 2 and will next be seen in the movie Emergency.
