Young actor and filmmaker Ken Karunaas is enjoying great success with his film Youth. The coming-of-age comedy has earned huge amount and is now one of the highest grossing Tamil films of 2026.
The story follows a fun-loving 10th-class boy who learns about love and life through friendships and breakups. Ken not only directed the film but also played the lead role.
Earlier known for acting as Dhanush’s son in Asuran he is now being praised for connecting well with youth and family audiences.
Ken said the film’s success still feels unreal as they made it without big plans, just from real experiences.
He shared that the story is inspired by everyday emotions. He also credited honest storytelling and viewers connection for the film’s success and thanked his team and all the supporters.
