Keerthy Suresh’s Bollywood Debut Faces Challenges

Keerthy Suresh, who recently got married, had high hopes for her Bollywood debut with Baby John. The film, starring Varun Dhawan and produced by Tamil director Atlee, creator of the blockbuster Jawan, seemed like a promising start.

However, Baby John, which released this Christmas, is struggling at the box office. In its first two days, it earned only ₹16 crore in India, despite having a massive budget of Rs. 170 crore.

To break even, the movie needs to collect at least Rs. 100 crore (net). The team is now pinning its hopes on better weekend collections.

Keerthy, who married her longtime boyfriend Antony Thattil, has shared that she plans to continue her acting career even after marriage.
