Keerthy Suresh still falling short

Actress Keerthy Suresh gained national recognition for her turn as Savitri, in the film Mahanati, which showcased everyone the range of her acting skills. The actress even won a national award for her performance in the film, and everyone was highly anticipating the actress’s next projects.

Keerthy signed a number of films after Mahanati, and most of them have been released by now, but none of them failed to make a proper impact on the audience. None of the characters that the actress portrayed in the films since Mahanati resonated with the audiences, and have been forgotten pretty quickly. The actress’s most recent releases, Annaatthe and Miss India, both of which had good expectations on them, also failed to impress the audiences.

While Keerthy’s performance in Annaatthe was lauded, it was Rajnikanth’s film, and Miss India turned out to be a major dud for the actress. She is currently a part of Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata, and here’s hoping she makes a strong comeback with that film.
