Keerthy Suresh gets a special birthday gift!

Keerthy Suresh announced few weeks ago that she signed on dotted line to star in the film, Sarkaru Vaari Paata with Mahesh in the lead role. But then the production house did not confirm her addition to the cast. Later, rumours have come out that the actress hasn’t been finalized for the film and the team is looking at other options as well. On her birthday, the team has decided to give her fans the confirmation about her inclusion in the cast.
