Mega Star Chiranjeevi is currently committed to the film Acharya. This movie is the first to halt the shooting in Tollywood for COVID-19. As per the latest update, the regular shooting will commence very soon in the first week of November. After the completion of Acharya, Chiranjeevi has lined up two remakes.
The first one on the list is Vedhalam remake in the direction of Meher Ramesh. The script has been locked long back and currently, the cast and crew are being picked up.
The most talked-about role in the movie is Chiranjeevi’s sister role and many heroines have been considered for the remake. However, it is now said that Keerthy Suresh will be finalized in the role. She has been confirmed and an official confirmation is awaiting in this regard. She is yet to sign the dotted line though.
Apart from Vedhalam’s remake, Chiranjeevi will play the lead role in the Lucifer remake as well.
