Kashmora to release big!

Karthi earned the respect and market in Telugu Industry as well with his movies. His Awaara is the biggest hit for him in Telugu. Recently, his movie with King Nagarjuna Oopiri became a super hit and his telugu debut is liked by many telugu audience as well. His name is now as registered to telugu audience as his brother Suriya, who enjoys a following in Telugu states as much as of a Telugu Star hero. His films enjoy big releases here too.But it is not the same with Karthi.

He does enjoy a following but not at the range that his brother enjoys. Oopiri seems to have changed that perception about him and he is planning to cash in on the popularity he received in Telugu states by releasing his Diwali fantasy thriller, Kashmora in more than 1700 screens worldwide and more than 230 screens in Telugu states. 100 locations for Telugu version in North American market as well.The movie is said to be about the story of a 15th century King and Nayantara will be his queen. Kashmora the other character of Karthi will belong to todays world dealing with the paranormal entities.

How his story is connected to that King is said to be a suspense and the story will reveal it to be a big surprise it seems. It is also said that the character of bad King played by Karthi and his scenes with Nayantara will be highlights of the film.On the other hand, Dhanush ‘s Kodi is also setting up for the epic battle in Telugu and Tamil as well. While in Tamil strong markets Dhanush might take a big opening, Telugu markets might lap up Karthi’s different thriller first. Kodi will show Dhanush in dual role for the first time and the movie is releasing in Telugu as Dharma Yogi.
