Kartik Aaryan Confirms not Being a Part of Tezaab Remake..

Kartik Aaryan recently responded to allegations that he might take the role of Ranveer Singh in the Tezaab remake in a tweet.

There have been rumours floating about that Ranveer Singh and Janhvi Kapoor may star in a remake of the 1988 classic Tezaab, which starred Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit. But yesterday, a fresh update appeared, sending everyone into a frenzy. According to the most recent rumours, Kartik Aaryan will star in the movie in Ranveer Singh’s place. Recently, though, the actor has put an end to those rumours and has spoken out.

Kartik has been in the headlines for a while now because it was suggested that he will be playing Akshay Kumar’s role in the third installment of Hera Pheri. However, that was only a rumour, and the enduring trio of Akshay, Sunny, and Paresh is back. Then came this.

Netizens have been in a frenzy since last night, when a report said that Kartik Aaryan would take the place of Ranveer Singh in the Tezaab remake after the Bajirao Mastani star declined to participate. Kartik Aaryan, however, has dispelled those rumours and denounced that report. He tweeted “Not True” along with an emoji of a folding hand.

Tezaab’s remake announcement has been doing rounds all over the media since last year. The original movie starred Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher and Chunky Panday. Reacting to the news, Madhuri had told, “I don’t know. I have to see the movie, then I’ll be excited. Well, I think if he is touching it then he has that confidence that he is doing something different. It’s an art form, and it’s open for interpretation. So if he has another form or another interpretation of Tezaab, and has the confidence to make it then I am looking forward to seeing it.”

On the professional front, Kartik Aaryan most recently appeared with Kriti Sanon in Shehzada, and he is currently preparing for his upcoming films, Satyaprem Ki Katha with Kiara Advani and Aashiqui 3.
