Kartik Aaryan and Ex-girlfriend Sara Ali Khan’s office in the same apartment?

In Andheri, Kartik Aaryan purchases a new office in a structure with the same floor as his rumoured ex-girlfriend Sara Ali Khan.

One of Bollywood’s most well-known and seasoned actors is Kartik Aaryan. He has produced admirable work in Hindi cinema over the years, earning him a following. The actor reportedly purchased a brand-new, opulent office in Andheri, joined Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, and his rumoured ex-girlfriend Sara Ali Khan in the same building, and they are now neighbours.

For those who don’t know, after Sara admitted on Koffee With Karan that she liked the actor, reports of their supposed romance between Kartik and Sara took over the news. The two then collaborated on the 2020 sequel to Love Aaj Kal directed by Imtiaz Ali before calling their quits shortly after the movie’s release.

Kartik Aaryan reportedly invested in an opulent property at the Signature Building on Veera Desai Road in Mumbai and purchased an office there, according to Floortap.com. According to reports, Kartik spent over 10 crores on an office on the fourth floor and paid the stamp duty, which was worth Rs 47.55 lakhs, last Friday.

In case you didn’t know, Sara Ali Khan also has a business on the same floor and in the same building. Yes, that is accurate. According to Moneycontrol, she purchased an apartment on the fourth floor with her mother, Amrita Singh, and had it registered in July of this year. The property is valued at Rs 9 crores, and they paid Rs 41.01 lakh in stamp duty.

Additionally, Kajol and Amitabh Bachchan have purchased homes in Andheri, making it a commercial centre for Bollywood.
