According to recent updates, Kartik Aaryan has added another exciting film to his list, Captain India. The movie will be directed by Shimit Amin, who has been working with Kartik on ideas for the past year.
Kartik introduced him to the story of Captain India, which Amin found fascinating. The film will reportedly start shooting in mid-March or early April 2026 with locations planned in India and Morocco. A recce in Morocco has already been completed.
The story is based on the true events of an Air Force Captain and the film is expected to release in 2027.
Kartik is currently busy with Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, co-starring Ananya Panday, set to release on February 13, 2026, just before Valentine’s Day.
He also has projects lined up with Anurag Basu and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, including Nagzilla.
