The non-theatrical rights to the Telugu film Spy, starring Nikhil Siddhartha, have been sold to an OTT platform for a staggering sum.
Last year’s Telugu release Kartikeya 2, starring Nikhil Siddhartha, was a financial success. His subsequent picture is smashing records in non-theatrical sales thanks to the movie’s success. The non-theatrical rights of his upcoming movie, the PAN India feature Spy, have been sold to OTT outlets for a staggering sum.
The Telugu film Pan India, which is hailed as having a universal appeal, was directed by well-known editor Garry BH. K Rajashekhar Reddy, who runs Ed Entertainments with Charantej Uppalapati as CEO, is the film’s financier.
‘Spy’ is a movie that is now in post-production and will be released this summer. The movie is getting fantastic hype thanks to the sneak preview and other advertising materials. In the midst of this, Amazon and Star Network also paid 40 crores for the non-theatrical rights to SPY, the biggest price ever paid for a Nikhil Siddhartha-starring movie and far more than the costs of the other Tier-2 Heroes.
If reports are to be believed, “Spy’s digital and satellite partners are very happy with the movie’s performance. Iswarya Menon is the film’s leading lady, and Aryan Rajesh plays a key role. K Rajashekhar Reddy not only produced but also penned the storyline for this riveting spy thriller.
The Telugu mystery action-adventure movie Kartikeya 2 is a follow-up to the 2014 movie Karthikeya, which features Nikhil Siddhartha, Anupama Parameswaran, and Anupam Kher. The story of the movie center’s on Dr. Karthikeya, who is looking for Lord Krishna’s misplaced anklet.
In addition to this, Nikhil has previously appeared in movies like 18 Pages from last year, Yuvatha, Swamy Ra Ra, Surya vs. Surya, Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada, and Arjun Suravaram.
