The upcoming film “Japan,” directed by Raju Murugan and starring Karthi as the protagonist alongside Anu Emmanuel as the female lead, is generating significant anticipation as it prepares for a pan-India release on Diwali. This movie carries added importance for Karthi as it marks his 25th project in his illustrious career.

Produced by SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures, it is also set to have a Telugu release courtesy of Annapurna Studios. Nagarjuna, the renowned actor and producer, continues to extend his unwavering support to Karthi, reinforcing their strong bond.

Karthi’s previous film, “Sardar,” also enjoyed a Telugu release through Annapurna Studios, and once again, Nagarjuna’s production house is backing Karthi’s latest venture, with high hopes for success. “Japan” has been grabbing attention, with its recent teaser receiving an overwhelmingly positive response. The teaser offers a glimpse into a storyline centered around an enigmatic character responsible for a 200 crore robbery.

Notably, Karthi and Nagarjuna Akkineni have previously collaborated in the film “Oopiri,” fostering a strong camaraderie between the two actors.
