Sundeep Kishan’s upcoming pan-India film Karikaala was officially launched with a grand pooja ceremony.
The socio-fantasy entertainer aims to bring the magic of Chandamama stories to the big screen with modern technology and grand visuals for sure.
Directed by Ugandhar Muni, the film is produced by Mahidhar Reddy and Rajashekhar Annabhimoju under Shining Pictures.
The makers unveiled the title and first-look poster featuring Sundeep Kishan in a powerful warrior avatar. Catherine Tresa, Sakkshi Mhadolkar and Gayatri Bhardwaj play the female leads.
The film blends mythology, fantasy, adventure and social themes without fail. It will be made in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi as a two part saga. Chapter 1 will release on July 2nd, 2027, and Chapter 2 on October 28th 2027.
