Kareena Kapoor Khan has been one of the longest-reigning top actresses in Bollywood, who continues to entertain the audiences with her unique script selection. While the actress has featured in several films throughout her career, she has never stepped out of Bollywood. With that being said, it is now almost confirmed that Kareena is all set for her Tollywood debut, with none other than Rebel Star Prabhas’s film.
It is already known that Prabhas’s 25th film, Spirit, will be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, of Arjun Reddy fame. The film will begin shooting after Sandeep and Prabhas are done with their current commitments, and is expected to begin shooting sometime around the second half of 2022. It is now being reported that Kareena Kapoor has signed on to play a negative role in the film.
Interestingly, Kareena’s husband Saif Ali Khan will be seen playing Raavana in Prabhas’s Adipurush, in which Prabhas will be seen playing Lord Ram. It is going to be highly interesting to how the husband-wife duo of Saif and Kareena will hold up playing the baddies in Prabhas’s films now.
