Reputed Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar is all set to wield the megaphone after five years gap. Reportedly, Karan Johar is going to announce his new project details tomorrow.
Already news leaked among the Bollywood circles is that Karan Johar is going to make a film with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan’s wife and actress Jaya Bachchan will also be doing a prominent role in the movie. As a surprise announcement, Karan Johar this afternoon tweeted “This is the beginning of a new journey & my way back home – all at once. It’s time to go back to my favourite place, it’s time to create some eternal love stories from behind the lens. A very special story, truly immersed in the roots of love and family”. And shared a small video glimpse of his directional films, to date.
Karan Johar’s last film as the director was the 2016 released, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil with Aishwarya Rai, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles.
