Take a look at this clip of Karan Johar that appears to confirm Alia Bhatt’s pregnancy before she wed Ranbir Kapoor.
In Bollywood, there are numerous relationships that we adore, and Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are unquestionably one of them. The couple, who portrayed lovers in the film Brahmastra and Lord Ram and Goddess Sita in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, wed on April 14, 2022, and welcomed Raha on November 6, 2022. This gave rise to the popular theory that the actress was expecting a child before getting married, and it appears that Karan Johar may have also verified it.
In a video collage, Karan appears to be speaking at two separate locations while discussing the same day. In the second segment, Alia recalls the time she told KJo she was getting married to RK, while the first segment features KJo reminiscing about Alia telling him she was pregnant.
The video is captioned, “Alia told KJo she was getting married and was pregnant on the same day,” Watching Karan Johar, it’s clear that Alia Bhatt informed him of her pregnancy. The actress then thought back to KJo’s response to learning about her engagement to Ranbir Kapoor. In both instances, Karan appeared to have had a poor hair day and was donning a hoodie and a cap. Although that is just a coincidence, the director claims that he doesn’t experience situations like that too often.
Alia Bhatt visits Karan Johr in his office in both videos to give the news, and both times the director breaks down in tears.
Commenting on the video, one wrote, “You mean to tell me after such a carefully crafted pr clean up campaign, Kjo slipped up like this ”
Another added, “So the truth was what many here believed initially as well that the marriage was hush hush.”
A third commented, “I wonder why Karan had to mention the bad hair day and cap thing twice, in both the interviews. Like, the fact that HE was having a bad hair day and was wearing a cap and sitting in his office is really irrelevant to her marriage and pregnancy story, you know? A shady part of me feels he wants drama and gossip so he mentioned it first for the pregnancy interview and then for KWK so people connect the dots and understand that the baby happened first and then the marriage was decided and hence it coincides ”
Another noted, “so it was a shotgun wedding. interestingly i’ve read neetu and rishi also had a shotgun wedding because neetu got pregnant. i’m not sure if it’s true but i find it very interesting, combined with how alia rk also paid a tribute to his parents with their wedding date or something. btw i’m not judging here, this is just a random fact i’ve been dying to share. xD”
