Bollywood star filmmaker Karan Johar is gearing up to introduce yet another star kid to the silver screen. Reportedly, Karan Johar is producing a film that has noted star Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan as of the lead artists. Kayoze Irani is directing the film which also marks Ibrahim’s acting debut.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear from our sources is that Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran is locked for a key role in the movie. Reports suggest that the film will also has star actress Kajol in a prominent role. The pre-shoot workshops and script reading sessions for the film will begin for the trio in December.
Touted as an emotional thriller, the film is set against the backdrop of terrorism in Kashmir. If everything goes as per the plan, the film will go on the floors in January 2023, say sources. More details regarding the project will be out soon.
Coming to Prithviraj’s upcoming films, he has a couple of interesting projects in the pipeline as the lead actor. As a director, Prithviraj is making arrangements to do a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster, Lucifer. Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen in a key role in Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s upcoming film, Salaar.
