Bollywood star producer Karan Johar is the co-producer of Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming film, Liger, directed by Puri Jagannath. The film has been made on a good budget, with Puri and Charmmee Kaur producing the film along with Karan. The film marks Vijay’s first pan-Indian release, and there are good expectations on the film.
The film is being promoted aggressively by the team of Liger, who is promoting the film in various states on the Fandom tour, which is seeing huge crowds, thanks to the kind of craze Vijay enjoys across the country. Karan recently shared his excitement working with Puri, calling him ‘mass-termind’ in entertainment, with a video of Puri’s filmography, calling the director the original gangster of mass commercial cinema.
Liger features Ananya Panday as the leading lady and has Ramya Krishna in an important role, where she’ll be seen playing Vijay’s mother. The film also has world renowned boxer, Mike Tyson, in an important role in the film.
