Karan Johar is set to return to direction with a amazing big family drama which is said to have a feel similar to his iconic 2001 film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham but there is no official announcement yet.
According to reports Karan Johar has recently locked the script for this project. Pre-production is expected to begin by mid-2026 with shooting likely to start towards the end of the year.
The film is planned as a grand family entertainer with strong emotions and a romantic touch and is being seen as one of Dharma Production’s biggest films in recent years.
After the success of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, Karan is said to be returning to the family drama genre he is best known for.
The movie is expected to feature two male leads and two female leads. The project has already created strong buzz.
