Kangana Surprised By Realities Of Being An MP

Kangana Ranaut known for her fearless views, has always been vocal about politics. While actively working in films she often criticized political parties, except the BJP, which she strongly supported, calling others anti-poor and anti-national.

In 2024 she officially entered politics by joining the BJP and won a seat in the Lok Sabha elections.

Now serving as a Member of Parliament Kangana is facing the ground realities of political life. In a recent interview she openly admitted that she isn’t enjoying her political journey as much as she had expected.

She expressed surprise at the kind of issues people bring to her. “I’m an MP, but people approach me with local problems like drainage issues and water connections, which are responsibilities of village-level officials”, she said.

Kangana’s honest comments show how different the real world of politics is from her earlier expectations revealing the challenges of public service.
