Kangana finalised as Goddess Sita?

Kangana Ranaut is one of the most popular actresses in the Indian Film Industry, and she is as popular for her off-screen personality, as she is for her powerful performances on screen. Kangana has a loyal fanbase, and fans who adore her honesty over everything else.

It is being said that Kangana is being considered for the role of Goddess Sita in Sita: The Incarnation, which will be directed by Alaukik Desai. This film is going to be made in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. Previously, it was speculated that Kareena Kapoor was approached for the role and that he demanded Rs. 12 Crores for it. There was a lot of hate that spread on social media against Kareena playing Goddess Sita, but it was later reported that she was never approached in the first place.

Popular writer Vijayendra Prasad is penning the script for this film, and he reportedly suggested Kangana’s name to the producers. Vijayendra Prasad also wrote the story for Kangana’s Manikarnika and Thalaivi and is said to have recommended Kangana for Thalaivi. All in all, while it is not yet confirmed, Kangana is the frontrunner to play Goddess Sita, and it will be interesting to watch her portray the Goddess.
