Universal Star Kamal Hassan is playing the lead role in the movie Bharateeyudu 2 which is a sequel to yesteryear’s classic Bharateeyudu that got released in 1996. Both Shankar and Kamal Hassan are reuniting after several years. Bharateeyudu has been facing a lot of hurdles from the pre-production stage. While in the production due to an accident on the sets three people died and the shoot has to be stalled. Shoot postponement continued with the pandemic situation. It’s been more than 8 months that the shoot is not happening for the movie.
Kamal Hassan needs to complete the film’s shoot at the earliest possible because he needs to concentrate on politics. It is known that Kamal has floated a political party Makkal Needhi Maiam. He needs to concentrate on politics at least from January 2021 as his party is going for direct elections that will happen next year. So he asked Shankar to plans schedules such that his part should be completed by the year-end. Is this possible?
